Refund & Cancellation

We want every bite to make you happy. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our products.

1. Orders placed via Zomato & Swiggy

Most of our delivery and pickup orders are placed through Zomato and Swiggy. Cancellations, refunds, and complaints for those orders are handled under the respective platform's policies. Please raise such requests directly within the Zomato or Swiggy app where you placed the order.

Custom waffle cakes, bulk orders, and event bookings may require an advance. Cancellation terms for these are confirmed at the time of booking. Advances on custom orders may be non-refundable once ingredients have been purchased or preparation has started.
