What makes a Belgian waffle different?
A Belgian waffle is thicker than an ordinary waffle, with deep square pockets and a lighter batter. Those pockets are the whole point — they hold melted chocolate, ice cream and crushed toppings instead of letting them slide off, and the outside stays crisp while the middle stays soft.
You will also see it written as “Belgium waffle” — it is the same thing, just a common way of saying it.

Kunafa in Kanpur, on a waffle.
Kunafa is a Middle Eastern dessert built on fine, golden strands of pastry baked until they crackle — a texture you rarely find in Kanpur. Our Choco Kunafa brings that crunch together with chocolate on a freshly pressed Belgian waffle.
It is the newest addition to our Double Chocolatey range, and it is made to order at both outlets — Lal Bangla and Kalyanpur.
